Our company has sophisticated and complete range of equipment for IC Card production, such as Germany Heidelberg 4 color offset printing machine, fully automatic high-speed chip packaging machine ( FLIP CHIP MOUNTER) , which adopts the highest technology for IC Card production at present and the entire production process c an be completely automatic.
