The Analyzer A30 does everything the Tester T30 does, but also provides an in depth analysis of the lubrication condition of rolling bearings.A high quality rolling bearing can last forever, provided it is properly lubricated. This is less easily accomplished than even experienced maintenance personnel realises. The oil film thickness in the rolling interface depends on many factors which differ in every machine application: rotational speed, load, operating temperature, HP additives, oil viscosity.

The A30 shows the oil film thickness under present condition. The software Condmaster® shows you how to improve a poor oil film by simulating the effect of alternative lubricants. This is true maintenance - preventing the damage before it occurs.
