Stripper spring, whilst in others it is the very factor that make them possible. In addition to high load bearing properties both tension an compression, poyurethane have ahigh load bearing capacity in shear.

Polyurethane Elastomer resamble most plastics and elastomer in that friction againts non lubricated surfaces generally degrease with increasing hardness. A high coeffisient of friction is valuable for such products as solid industrial tyres, feed rollers, drive roller, etc.
