SUMMARY OF THE IMPORTANT THINGS IN SECURITIES ACCOUNT OPENING IN SECURITIES Etrading

Securities account opening initial deposit is USD 10, 000, 000 ( ten million rupiah) .

Commission in Indonesia.

HOTS usage charges will be determined by the Management Company and the Company are entitled to completely change the cost of using HOTS. ( Maximum fee is USD 33.000/ bulan use HOTS includes 10% Vat Tax)

Settlement Buy: BUY settlement funds are to be effective in the account of PT eTrading Securities no later than T + 3 15: 00 pm.

Delays in completion of BUY transactions in time will be charged a penalty according to the applicable provisions as from T + 4

The customer has not fulfilled the conditions of existing obligations on T + 3, then starting from T + 4 PT eTrading Securities have the right to SELL FORCE of customer stock portfolios.

Instructions withdrawals can be made directly through the features in HOTS Trasnfer Fund and must be received no later than 1 business day before the date of delivery of funds to bank account.

Customer must register a bank account which fruit has the same name with the name of the owner of a securities account at PT eTrading Securities ( Can not send to third parties)

The cost of sending funds to a bank account depending on fees charged by the bank

Mutation cost ( entry / exit) of shares from / to another broker is Rp 22, 000 per share code
