Melting Polytetrafluoroethylene

PFA,copolymer of terafluoroethylene(TFE) and perfluoropropyl vinyl ether(PPVE), not only keeps excellent performance of PTFE, but also improves pliancy notably of molecular chain and reduces crystallinity and melt viscosity of resin for the addition of a little PPVE. The low crystallinity and the low viscosity, even reduces to 104-105 p of PFA, makes it easy to machining by coning, extrusion, blowing molding, injection molding and other industrial molding processing technics of thermoplastic resin.
