The new Henny Penny OFG-390 Open Fryer is ideal for
the high-volume operation of the KFC system. The
OFG-390 is the only open fryer available today with
6-head product capacity and is designed for the low
cost, high volume production of consistently good KFC
fried chicken. High volume capacity enables the store to
realize economies of scale and save on labor, utilities,
