FIRST Company is planning to invest 600 million ( RMB) for a new water treatment chemicals project; the project covers an area of 430, 000 m2. First phase of the project is an investment of 140 million ( RMB) , covers an area of 133, 000 m2. It is the largest water treatment chemicals manufacturer in Asia with a gross output value a 650 million ( RMB) . Main task of the first phase is researching and developing new type water treatment chemicals, including aluminum chlorohydrate ( ACH) ; compound polysilicate salts poly aluminum chloride ( PAC) and polyaluminum ferric chloride ( PAFC) . There will be annual output of medium and high-grade poly aluminum chloride ( PAC) powder 50, 000 tons and industrial grade ( PAC) 300, 000 tons, aluminum chlorohydrate ( ACH) 20, 000 tons, poly ferric sulfate ( PFS) 100, 000 tons and aluminum sulfate ( PAS) 100, 000 tons. Our main products are aluminum chlorohydrate ( ACH) , baroscopic polyaluminum silicate chloride ( PSIC) , high-purity poly aluminum chloride ( PAC) , poly aluminum chloride ( PAC) , and polymeric sulfate ( PFS) , and polyferric silicate sulfate ( PFSS) , polyaluminum ferric chloride ( PAFC) , aluminum sulfate ( PAS) and so on.

Land use of the 2nd & 3rd phase is 120, 000 m2 and 180, 000 m2, planned investment is 150 million ( RMB) and 270 million ( RMB) , manufacturing activated carbon, adsorptive packing, desulfurizer and flocculants by using fly ash, coal gangue and calcium carbonate. The total output value is expected to reach 1.94 billion ( RMB) after the third phase is completed.
