The designation of transformer dry system working under its on-load situation can dry humid transformer and insulation material efficiently, remove dirt and degas oil in transformer and have other function. This system includes various needed monitoring devices to monitor technical and electrical operation. In addition, it can remove air after operation and change of filter.
ÃŽ Product features:
1 Transformer can keep 24-hour working without supervision during treatment;
2 Four superdri filter core treats oil by ratio of 5 gallons through filter;
3 The filtering system reduces dissolved water of oil to below 10ppm and removes 1¼ m impurity particles at the same time;
4 Two periodical water readings from insides to outsides can measure filtered water content and decide when to change filter core;
5 This system uses safely and has several alarming features: when abnormal signal occurs, it will close the system and be segregated with transformer;
6 Once transformer is dry, this system shifts to working with alumina filter core and reduces acidity of transformer oil;
7 This can be equipped with gas processing equipment that reduces gas content of oil ( for select) ;
8 Compared with traditional vacuum heating, this system lowers dry consumption for transformer, improves insulating value of oil and prolongs its service life;
9 Transformer dry system can strengthen power factor in transformer.
