    On the strength of the extensive experience in design and development over the past several years, Shanghai Haye Refrigerating Machinery Co., Ltd manufactures HYAM series module air cooled heat pump unit. The module units shall be freely combined. The so-called module unit refers to single unit which itself can serve as an self-contained refrigerating system. It can be separated while being transported. It can be compactly combined with other units and can be installed at an distance in accordance with the requirements on civil building. Each unit is under the centralized control by a set of microcomputer. In accordance with the variation in the energy of the system, the corresponding module can be adjusted to actualize start, stoppage and operation, which can effectively save energy. In the meantime, the microcomputer can automatically activate another module to meet the needs of load in the case that one module fails in the operation process. The module unit of the machine adopts the self-controlled module of cooling medium system provided by the world famous manufacturers. After the reasonable combination, the unit can effectively heat under the atmospheric condition of more than 10"c. In the normal operation, the rated efficiency will be more than three times that of the electric heater. Therefore the unit is applicable to Southeast Asia, Middle East, West Europe, South Africa. It is quite applicable to the area where the temperature in the winter is relatively low, with the boilers or heating conditions being not made available.
    The module unit produced by the Company can be flexibly combined. The unit is sensitive to the system energy, highly efficiency and energy-saving. Besides, not much space is required for the installation. Therefore, this unit is the priority selected product for central air conditioning.
    Easy and Flexible Combination
    1.Each module unit shall be provided with framework, refrigeration system, power distribution system, control system and refrigerating system protection. Other modules will operate normally even if one module unit fails.
    2.The number of module units to be combined is determined by specific needs. The energy can be widely applicable.
    3.All module units can be installed closely or at an distance to accommodate different circumstances. The module units can be installed and applied in different manners in different environment. The wide spatial expansion is allowed.
    Compact Structure and Easy Maintenance
    1.Each module unit is with smart framework, reasonable piping allocation and superior overall effect.
    2.The unit adopts the enclosed structure. The air cooled heat exchanger in V structure is of lesser size to save more space.
    Stable Quality and Reliable Performance
    1.The selected compressor is the latest enclosed scroll compressor. Compared with the piston compressor, the scroll compressor consists of fewer vulnerable parts. Good compression-proof performance.
    2.The key components of the refrigerating system are the products of famous brands in Europe and North America. Electric controlled components adopt famous brands such as OM, ON and LG, which ensures the stable performance.
    3.Low-speed fan is adopted. The fan follows the principle of aerodynamics and boasts the advantages such as high performance, low noise, relatively high fan efficiency and satisfactory aerodynamic performance.
    4.The water cooled heat exchanger adopts the shell-and-tube straight copper pipe structure. The copper pipe adopts the latest wavy threaded high-efficiency heat exchanging pipe. The cooling medium inlet is specially designed to ensure more uniform distribution of the cooling medium in each copper pipe, which makes for higher overall thermal transmission and lesser volume. The tube-sheet is made of CNC to completely exclude the possibility of mutual interference between systems.
    5.The microcomputer controller is capable of many autocontrol functions such as intelligentized defrost, failure diagnosis, energy management, anti-freezing detection and operation mode in order to ensure the highly efficient operation of the unit.
    Sequential Start and Intelligentized Memory
    1.The microcomputer controller will automatically memorize the operation time of the compressor in each module unit. The compressor in the longest operation will be stopped in sequence and the compressor with the least operation time will be started first when the unit is started next time. By so doing, the operation time of each module unit will tend to be average and the service life of the whole machine can be expected to be extended.
    Humanity-oriented Control and Optimized Energy Saving
    1.When the unit is in operation, the microcomputer controller will automatically adjust the capacity of each module in operation by starting or closing the corresponding modules to save energy properly in accordance with the requirements of the system.
    2.Each module unit adopts multiple compressors (V4 or V6). After the combination of module units, the adjustment to the energy of air conditioning will be further refined to save the energy to its maximum.
    Remote Control and Microcomputer Networking
    1.Designate a control panel with Chinese character display screen. The operation will become quite simple since parameter modification and failure query will be provided with Chinese menu.
    2.The hand controller is connected to the machine unit through the wire as long as 60m, which can bring maximal convenience for operators.
    Protection Functions
    1.The unit is provided with the following protection functions. In addition, other forms of protection can be provided in accordance with the needs of the customer.
    Advantages:
    1.Higher reliability. The scroll compressor consists of fewer components and no vulnerable parts, which ensures the reliable operation and extended service life. The compressor is usually overhauled after more than 40000Hr operation. The piston compressor needs an overhaul at an distance of 8000-10000Hr due to the presence of vulnerable parts such as the blades of inhalation valve and air outlet valve, piston and piston ring.
    2.The operator is not required to attend the long train since the machine can operate itself without the man on duty. The piston compressor may run into many failures, therefore it requires technicians to reach highly professional technical standards.
    3.High dynamic balance: Since the scroll compressor is not provided with air inhalation and outlet valves, the working torque varies little and no pulsation is found in the air inhalation and outlet. In addition, there is a little vibration and the machine can thus operate at high speed. All the aforementioned factors determine that the whole unit can operate with low noise and little vibration. As for the piston compressor, the imbalanced inertia will result from the reciprocating movement of piston and rod.
    4.Strong adaptability: The scroll compressor is efficient in air output. The outlet air quantity is little affected by the air discharge pressure. It can maintain relative high operation efficiency within the wide range. Due to the existence of air inhalation and outlet valve blades and the clearance volume in the piston compressor, the air inhalation efficiency will decrease with the increasing air discharge pressure. In the meantime, the reliability in the operation of the compressor itself will decrease.
