About us â HCM â HCMâ , Hsing Chung Molded Pulp Co., Ltd was established in 2002, produce all kinds of molded pulp tableware such as plate, bowl, lunch box, clamshell box, salad bowl pizza boxâ ¦ food container and industrial packaging such as smartphone, tabletâ ¦ .3C products. We are also a subsidiary of Hsing Chung Paper Making Co., Ltd. who was established in 1918 and produce newsprint paper, craft paper, simili paper, wood free paperâ ¦ .. Accumulated Experiences â HCMâ have been dealing with â Pulpâ since 1918, almost 100 years till now, we are fully experienced in researching and producing for all kinds of pulp fiber products. Material Our pure wood pulp from Finland, Sweden, Brazil are made of planted, fast growth trees, wonâ t impact the environment Superiorities for counter sample confirmation We have our own designing, molding and tooling departments, we can make fast and accurate sample molds, samples according to customerâ s requirement before mass production. Skilled Operators and Advanced Machines Now we have 400 skilled operators and 70 sets advanced auto thermoforming machines, products could be formed and dried in same machine no additional oven machine and conveyor needs, most of products which need no edge cutting could be sealed immediately after Product been moved out automatically from thermoforming machine. Quality Our molded pulp Tableware are made of 100% pure wood pulp, which was imported from Finland, Brazil, Chile and has following international certifications: 1) . ISO 9001: 2000: Quality Management System 2) . ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management System. 3) . OHSAS 18001: Occupational Health and Safety System 4) . PEFC: Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification OCO: 2004 : Chain of Custody 5) .
