Jaw Crusher Working Principles

Jaw crusher is powered by a electromotor.Through the belt pulleys of the electromotor, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and groove wheel, thus to make the movable jaw do reciprocating motion according to predetermined tracks.This process will break the objects entered into the crushing cavity.The crushing cavity is constructed by fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side guard plate.The finished materials are discharged through the discharge outlet at lower part.
