    point is 221-222.5¡æ. Di-PE is slightly soluble in water, but little soluble
    in most organic solvent. It can react with organic material and turn into
    ester.Di-PE usually consists of a little mono-PE and Tri-PE. So its hydroxyl
    value is between 38 and 40.
