The 13th BeiJing Hotel Equipments and Supplies Exhibition

From 1998 to 2009 our company has continuously held 12 Beijing hotel supplies exhibitions in Beijing, and we have achieved great success by accumulating a large number of tourists and receiving rich experience in organizing exhibitions. During April 10th to 12th, 2010, we are to hold 13th session of the Beijing hotel supplies exhibition. Then we will invite leaderships of domestic and foreign hotels,buyers and hotel supplies dealers to come to visit and place orders.

Booking and participation procedure
1. Complete the application form, and send it to us by mail or fax with your legal stamp.
2. On receiving the filled-out application form, the contract of participation will be accepted.
3. A 50% of the booth rental as a non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days after the contract has been accepted. The balance is due no later than 14th October. Otherwise, the booths will not be held.
4. Exhibitors are required to pay the booth rental by remittance or cheques. Please make sure the name of the organizer is written in the title field. Cash and cheques without the organizer¡¯s name on will not be accepted. Exhibitors who fail to follow the regulations shall take full responsibility for any loss or damage caused by it.
