SHIPMENT:
Minimum Shipment 12, 500 MTS in 30-45 Days and Rest in 30 Days and after Receipt of Payment Instrument to the Seller’ s Bank.

PERFORMANCE BOND:
The Seller will Post 2% Performance Bond after Receipt of Payment Instrument., with in
ten days.

INSPECTION: S.G.S Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Seller’ s Cost shall inspect the Commodity at Place of Loading.

PROCEDURES
-Buyer issues a LOI ( with same procedures in our Soft Offer) + BCL, PROFILE COMPANY and NCNDA.
-Seller issues Contract
-Buyer sign, seal and return the Contract to the Seller, duly signed and sealed.
-The Buyer, within 5 ( five) banking days, Buyer Bank sends a Non- operative SBLC / BG or RDLC.
-Within 10 ( Then) banking days, Seller’ s Bank sends Proof of Products ( POP) + PB 2% via Swift Bank to Bank methods to the Buyer’ s Bank , to Activate the Buyer’ s Financial Instrument.
-SBLC/ BG/ MT103/ 23 or RDLC, Becomes operative.
-Shipment commences as per contract.
