We are glad to inform you that we have High Tech Garments manufacturing plant. The Project is situated at Gazipur which is close to Dhaka air port ( 1/ 2 Hour drive) . We would like to have a short brief about our Plants.

Knit Project: Jamuna Knitting & Dyeing Ltd

Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing & Garments Unit produced all types of knitted fabrics including engineering stripe, fleece which having all computerized machineries. Knitting unit capacity 20-21 Ton/ day, Dyeing unit capacity 20-21 Ton/ day & Garments unit capacity 80, 000 Pcs/ day with 45 lines with latest machineries.

Woven Project : Jamuna Denims Limited

a.. Fabric Manufacturing Unit - established in 2004 with production capacity 70, 000 Mtr/ day, Which having Dyeing machine from Benninger -Germany & Weaving Air jet loom from Tsudakoma& Toyota - Japan, & Finishing from SperottoRimmar -Italy.

b.. Garments & Washing Unit - established in 2006 & a distinguished Garments producer in Bangladesh, Which Garments Unit Capacity 30, 000 pcs/ day of basic 5-pkt jeans with 20 lines. Most latest computerized machineries are available with these 20 lines like, Auto Trimmer ( Juki -Japan & Kansai -Japan) , Auto Pocket-setter, Auto-Loop setter & Auto-cutter ( VIBE Mac - Italy) , Auto cad, marking & cutting ( EMA - Italy) , Auto Loader, Auto Spreader, Auto temp. ctrl washing, Sand blasting , Brushing, Embroidery ( Japan) etc.

Also note that Jamuna Spinning Mills Ltd ( the sister concern of Jamuna Group) is producing Open End ( Regular & Slub) , Ring ( Regular & Slub) , Multi Count & Lycra yarn.

So valued customers are get yarn, fabric & finished garments in same premises.
