HG15 distributor is with the function to enlarge the concrete casting range and to improve the automatic casting process. It is necessary equipment during concrete casting process. Normally it is working with the Concrete pump for concete casting job. It can enlarge the casting area, improve efficiency, shorten the working period, save human labor.

HG15 is using whole rotating, arm supporting structure, distrubition area can reach to 360m2, equipped with 125mm conveying pipe, 360° whole rotating, manual operation. It has several features as: Simple structure, high rigidity, easlily operation, flexible, maintanence-friendly ect.

Working principle:

The feeding pipe end surface be connnected with the pipe end of Concrete pump, to form a complete feeding pipe system. The concrete in the pump hopper will be delivered upon the pump pressure into the pipe system. Then upon operation of HG15 arm part and rubber pipe to continuous deliver the concrete to the working spot.
