Single row angular contact ball bearings are made up of a outer ring, a inner ring, a list of steel balls and cage. Angular contact ball bearings are able to support radial load and axial load, and also can carry axial load only, work at a higher rotating speed. Single row angular contact ball bearings can carry the axial load in one direction only. When carrying the radial load, the additional axial force will be caused, and can only limit the axial displacement of the shaft and housing in single direction.
This bearing can only support axial load in single direction, but it can compose with another bearing which carries load in the opposite direction. If the combination is installed in pairs, a pair of outer ring relatively the same end, wide side to wide side( DB) , narrow side to narrow side ( DF) , this can avoid additional axial force, But also in both directions so that the shaft or housing restrictions in the axial clearance.
Single row angular contact ball bearings hold more balls than the same size of deep groove ball bearings, therefore have the largest load rating among the ball bearings, strong rigid, smooth operation. Can adjust the radial clearance by mutual displacement of inner and outer ring, arrange several bearings tandem to make pre interference and improve the rigid.
