Advantages:

2. By replacing another agitator, the equipment can supply a different function such as Eumix ( mixing) , Hishear ( dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying) , Jetmixers ( Jet mixing) or PLM ( Powder Liquid Mixing) .
3. The equipment is equipped with a high-speed frequency converting motor, and is started up with frequency converting for self-protection, and the Rotation speed can be controlled and displayed.

Cases of application:
1. Oil & Water emulsifying by a Hishear agitator
Pour the water phase into the Vessel, regulate the Rotation speed to 5, 000rpm, and then add the oil phase, make the equipment run for 10 minutes to end the emulsifying process.
2. Xanthate gum dissolving by a Jetmixers agitator
Pour the xanthate gum into water, regulate the Rotation speed to 4, 500rpm, and make the equipment run for 15 minutes to end the dissolving.
2. Pigment dispersing by an Eumix fluted disc agitator
Pour the pigment into water, regulate the Rotation speed to 3, 000rpm, and make the equipment run for 15 minutes to end the dispersing.
