Overview
This Auto ZPW-23D Rotary Tablet Press is of the double-press type.It is designed to press the various kinds of granular materials into form of a tablet, with the most outstanding advantate of being able to produce variety of tablets, irregular tablets with widely differently geometrical shapes, such as double layer tablets, ring like talbets and double side engraved tablets. A total of 23 units of punch consisting of two detachable sections. In one cycle of the rotation, 23 tablets will be produced. The material contact parts of the machine are made of stainless steel or with the surface being treated specially for non-toxicity and corrosion proff, the turret face is specially designed to prevent contamination in order to meet GMP requirements.

Features
1.Transparent obsevation windows permit clear viewing of press operation. The windows can opened for ease of cleaning and maintenance.
2.It is equipped with continuous and centralized lubrication system for the driving system, tracks and main frictional parts to be adequately lubricated to reduce the noise and weating for maintenance cost to be greatly reduced.
3.Import frequency converter, electromagnetic clutch, and the electric control component adopts PLC touchscreen control technology, with the functions of setting up of the main compression and main compression override stop.
4.An overload protection unit prevents damage of the punches and other parts. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
