(4)Plank size:900*125*12/3mm,900*125*10/0.6mm,900*125*15/4mm, 1200*148*15/4mm, 2200*220*21/6mm, 1860*189*20/6mm, 1860*190*14/3mm, not larger than the size of 2200*260*22/6mm. the top veneer thickness: 0.6mm---- 6mm, we could also custom as client¡¯s requirement.
(5)Glue: Formaldehyde releasing meets E1 Environment Protection Standard.
(6)Finishing: Germany treffert (or Germany klumpp)with 7 coating UV lacquer.
(7)Moisture Content: 8%-10%.
(8)Surface: flat, hand scrapped, wire brushed,distressed, carbonized, smoked etc
(9)Joint: Perfect T&G with 0.2-2mm micro bevel.
(10)Grading: AB/CD/ABC/ABCD grade requirements available.

From base plywood making, making T/G system, and paint coating all process are finish in our factory.
