    Typical Property
    No flash point: It will not burn because of low flash point.
    Inversed solubility: when the temperature exceeds inversion point, polyether is separated out from water and form continuous and uniform film, thus reducing deformation of piece of work
    Cooling property: The piece of work is easy to be deformed because of high cooling speed and temperature gradient When water is used for quenching, While oil is used for quenching, the cooling speed is too slow. However, the required cooling speed between water and oil can be available when polyether with moderate concentration is used for quenching.
    Application It enjoys the property of little foam, lubricating, dispersing, emulsifying and anti-corrosive. Also it has good compatibility in oil, water and salt solution. It is excellent additive for oil-based and water-based lube oil, hydraulic fluid, cutting oil(fluid), tensile oil, calender oil, etc.
    Note 1.The property of our various kinds of polyether differs due to their different composition. Therefore, while 1%-30% aqueous solution is prepared, it can be widely used for the quenching in aluminium alloy, titanium alloy, steel and iron,etc. Especially it can prevent deformation and fracture when it is used for quenching in thin and ununiformed components. The impact of polyether on the cooling speed can be related as follows:
    1)With high degree of polymerization and high viscosity , it has a strong cooling ability at the same concentration and can be used as quenching medium.
    2)The temperature of polyether aqueous solution will affect the cooling speed, when the temperature rises, the cooling speed will lower. It is suggested that the temperature will be controlled in the range of 45± 3)Consequently, due to the thermal conductivity of the film on the surface of the work, the thinner the film, the larger the cooling speed of the work . contrarlly, the thicker the film, the smaller the cooling speed. You may control the thickness of the film by choosing suitable polyether or adjusting the concentration of the polyether aqueous solution.We can provide suitable polyether , prepare quenching liquid with moderate concetration and reach optimal quenching effect according to different material and shape of the work.
    2.It can be use in fire resistance hydraulic fluids, lube oil, other special oil and high effective thickener. Water-ethylene glycol fire resistance hydraulic liquid is one of the fire resistance hydraulic liquids which are used in lagest amount. And our polyether product as the most important additive-- thickener, it has many advantages such as good solubility and shear stability. Because the viscosity after shearing merely decrease by 1.6 to 2.7 per cent, the polyether produced by our company really is a very good thickener.
    Physical Chemical Property:
    1. It is non-toxic by and large, by proper operation and under suitable circumstances, the possibility of stimulation and sensitivity by contacting with polyether is very slim, hence,no special protection measure is needed.
    2. It must be used in breezy place in condition that the temperature is high in order to prevent breathing polyether steam and its oxide for long time.
    3. With good biodegradability, not consuming oxegen in water, and not forming harmful oil film, it does not bring about the question of pollution.
