Washover Cutter

Mechanical Internal Cutter Type NG

This tools is lowered to a given depth through the hole of the drill string to be cut. After mechanically anchored, it is pressured to rotate to cut the drill string. It is suitable for cutting different kinds of casing, oil tubing and drill pipe in oil and geological departments. If it is equipped with the pear, cutting and recovering can be completed at the same time.

Hydraulic Internal Cutter

This is a cutting tool which is Hydraulically-actuated by circulating mud. It’s specially used cut pipe from inner to outside. It has the advantages of stable cutting, high efficiency and reliability.

Mechanical External Cutter

Often connected to the washover pipe, Mechanical External Cutter Type WD-J can cut off and recover the pipe quickly and effectively, and is suitable for externally cutting drill pipe, casing, tubing and the like. It is spring fed automatically so that it can avoid the cutter breakdown which may be resulted from the larger pulling force.

Hydraulic External Cutter

It is an external pipe-cutting tool, which knives are hydraulically actuated by circulating drilling hydraulic load. It is usually connected with the washover pipe and can cut the fish at its any section. Compared with the mechanical-actuated one, Hydraulic External Cutter Type WD-S has the advantages of simple operation and quick cutting.
