The same day we were born, we ground knives and provided resharpening service.Grinding service is not our sideline, instead it takes up approximately 5% of our annual sales.Since we are able to get back most of the cutting ability of a completely new knife, our customers are very happy to deliver their packaged knife order to us which includes knife maintenance.Not only do we make their old knives sharp, but we send literature frequently on how to better & fully exert a machine knife.
We grind blades of many shapes, either straight, circular, rotor or speciality ones.Upon receiving your old knives, we sort shapes, check out knife materials and select the proper grinding machine and grinding stone.Only a minimum amount of stock is removed to restore edge quality and prolong knife service life.At the end of the sharpening process, we perform a detailed inspection to make sure these blades are with the correct sharpness and will work properly.
