The X-5668 Wireless 11b/g ADSL2+ VoIP Security Gateway combines comprehensive networking devices including ADSL modem, router, 4-port Ethernet switch, and a built-in 11b/g wireless AP in one single device setup. The device allows fast Internet access, multiple Internet sharing, multi-function data, and voice integration, as well as the latest Wi-Fi mobility technology.
The X-5668 has a highly integrated ADSL modem that provides an ADSL2 speed of up to 12Mbps and ADSL2+ speeds of up to 24Mbps. In addition, with a built-in 802. 11b/g wireless AP, the X-5668 supports 802. 11g standard with a high-speed wireless connection up to 54 Mbps and is backward compatible with 802. 11b devices.
Equipped with two Foreign Exchange Subscriber (FXS) ports, the X-5668 is able to take advantage of the Internet bandwidth by sending fax and voice data over the IP network. This allows users to fully utilize their Internet resources, and make substantial savings on communication cost at the same time.
