It also includes the training of personnel, after sales services, availability of spares, provision of warranty and repair services. Our clients mainly are Govt. Medical Institutions, Hospitals, Dispensaries, Private Clinics and Doctors. Apart from new facilities Monega Enterprise help in modernization of existing facilities, particularly in developing countries. MANAGEMENT BOARD:
The firm is managed by three well qualified and experienced partners. Mrs. Laxmi Rani , founder of the firm has over twenty years experience of administration and sales . Mr. A.S.Tanwar , a medical graduate has twenty five years experience of administration, accounting, auditing and ten years of Export Marketing, Sourcing and Development of products. Mr. Kulbir Singh, the third partner is a qualified Pharmacist and co-ordinates the working of all personnel particularly in the Pharmaceutical Division.

Our core business is Turnkey offer for medical packages, installation, training and maintenance and includes: -

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT:
From an initial idea of the turn key project to its handing over Monega Enterprise acts fully in harmony with investors whether from public or private sectors. The process from definition to implementation of an idea involves reputed local companies as well as internationally renowned specialists. Co-ordination with consulting and construction companies is given utmost importance. In those projects where we act as general contractor we concentrate upon our core competence. AFTER SALES SRVICES :
We assure customer satisfaction by providing full technical services. These are manned with factory trained specialists. In most of the cases the manufacturers themselves or their authorized agents take care of the warranty and repair obligation clauses of a contract. In some cases Monega Enterprise appoints competent local companies to act as representatives under full quality assurance and control from the head office. Our services include installation, if otherwise it is done by the expert staff of an existing facility and warranty of all the equipment supplied as well as training. The training of personnel in the use of new machinery and modern treatment methods is given utmost priority. The training is imparted to doctors and paramedics as well as to the technical staff of the customer. This is done through training of teams and repeater courses.
