It established Youzhen Hualong Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd in cooperation with the South Korean Youzhen Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd in 2006, which specializes in manufacturing axle of large autos and passenger cars.

At present, the company mainly produces the special type friction materials for clutch friction plates 50â € ” 400 types for motorcycles, brake pads and brake shoes for motorcycles, clutch facings and brake plates for automobiles, brake plates for engineering and machinery, friction plates for electromotors, mowers, shredders, automobile air-conditioning compressors, and electric hoists. The company has advanced production and testing equipment, as well as strong mold development and manufacturing capability.

The company passed the certification of the ISO9002 Quality Management System in 1996, and the certification of the ISO9001 Quality Management System in 1999; it passed the certification of the ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System after it was successfully revised in 2002.it obtained the Standard ISO/ TS16949of Global Auto Quality System from Bureau Veritas Co., Ltd in Mar.2007. In the process of implementing the ISO9000 Quality Management System, the standard and scientific quality management system documents have gradually been formed, the prevention-oriented whole-process quality control system has been set up and the constantly improving mechanism with good circulation has been formed to steadily improve product quality. The company has also established and implemented the Grade-A measurement & inspection system, while implementing 6s and visible record management to improve the on-site quality management, ensure the constant improvement of the product quality and meet customer demand. Our products are exported to Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea and the Middle East, and we conduct cooperation with the domestic main engine plants. We are popular among customers.
