Specification :

1.The structure of the pipe wall such as the inner pad, the thickness of the FRP, resin and sand can be designed according to the working pressure, the depth of the underground, the traffic burden and engineering geology condition hardness.
2. High strength and lightweight: It has a specific gravity of 1.5-2.0 g/cm3 which is only 1/3 of that of steel, 1/5 of that of cast iron, 1/10 of that of that cement pipe. The light weight of FRP pipes facilitates its transportation and installation. It has higher horizontal strength than the ones of steel, cast iron etc.
3. Smooth inner, good for carrying water. The inner liner roughness factor is 0.0084, and the characteristics ensure that no filth can be stayed on the inner pad so that it increases its capacity of floating.
4. The corrosion-resistant property is very good, its life is more than 50 years, it don't need any corrosion-resistant treatments. It is corrosion-resistant against acid or alkali in the deferent conditions.
5. Resistant to pressure: pipes and fittings are designed and manufactured according to pressure required by process. The pressure test is conducted at 1.5 times of working pressure.
6. Less connectors and good sealing, the length of 12000mm, can reduce the leakage points; the adoption of double sealing rings, its sealing property is reliable, and also can make hydraulic test while erecting.
7. Nontoxic: FRP material has little volatility, there is nothing toxic to send out. The pipe can be used to transport drinking water.
