This equipment is 8-channel battery testing machine for R& D all the rechargeable battery ( such as Li-polymer, Li-ion, Ni-MH, Ni-Cd, Lead-acid, EV battery, HEV battery etc) at 6A up to 5V.
NEWARE BTS are mainly used for battery testing fields such as the comprehensive performance testing, the life cycle testing, the materials research of the batteries, small-scale battery formation, capability grading, battery pack and so on.
Main features:
1: Hardware adopts double loop control, can change from constant current to constant voltage without pinnacle, and protect battery.
2: Each channel of the system has an independent constant-current source and a hardware constant-voltage source. Constant-current source and constant voltage source can be programmed and controlled as desired.
3: Each channel can program and test independently, and can be setup professional step; whenever any of these steps meet the trip point ( such as power fail, user stop, safe stop, etc) , system can resume step from the trip point.
4: High-speed data acquisition: High-speed sampling ADC with all details of voltage and current can be got. The data, diagram and raw data can be exported to EXCEL, TXT, and Word, and can be edited and processed.

5: Calibrate current and voltage by calibration software, which can change address of cabinet and measure range of each channel.
6: Using C/ S model, system can be remote controlled via internet. Connect PC via USB/ Network/ UART port ( Every Device has a communicate port) .
7: Formidable data analyses and diagram ( curve) processing function.
