Metal Forming Oil for Hot Forging Operations
DESCRIPTION
NORCHEM 820 is water soluble formulated for hot forging applications. The synergistic effect of various additives provide extreme pressure, antiwear, lubricity and boundary film lubrications.

GUIDELINES FOR DILUTION
• Recommended dilution ratio with water is 1: 10 for Hot Forging operations and complex part or ratio up to 1: 15 for standard forging operations.
• For simple part, dilution ratio with water is 1 : 20

The diluted product must keep in continuous motion either by stirrer or circulation pumps, to avoid settling out. This product can be applied using hand spray guns, static and automatic spraying equipment.
