As purveyors of Mediterranean and Aegean Food Specialties, OPTIMUM FINE FOODS Co. is heavily involved in the processing and supply of one of this regions traditional fruits.

We gather an extensive range of olives from a variety of farmers - large and small alike - located in the country's most prolific growing regions. By operating a separate olive processing facility, we brine-ripen the olives and further process including sorting, calibrating, pitting, cutting, cracking, slicing and stuffing.

In addition to the traditional varieties of Green and Black Olives, OPTIMUM FINE FOODS Co. also processes and supplies the famous and unique Greek Kalamata Type, which is only grown in a specific region.

Cocktail varieties, pitted and sliced olives and stuffed olives ( red pepper , almond, garlic , lemon, cheese , ... ) are among those we regularly supply to our customers.
