Optoaxis, Inc. was established in Sep, 2005. Which specializes in custom manufacturing of a wide variety of optical components. Designing and manufacturing optical components, including Spherical lenses, Aspherical Lenses, Windows, Prisms ( Right- Angle Prisms, Roof prisms, Corner Cube Retroreflectors, Dove Prisms, Wedge, ect) , Polarizers, Waveplates, PBS, NPBS, Beamsplitters, Filters, Mirrors; Designing and manufacturing MgF2, CaF2, Sapphire, BaTiO3, Ti: Sapphire , Nd: YAG, BBO , KTP, Nd: YVO4 and other crystals. We also provide many kinds of Anti Reflective Coatings( AR) , Partial Reflective Coatings, High Reflective Coatings( HR) .  ¡  ¡ Optoaxis, Inc. has equipped with most advanced production machineries and the latest inspection instruments, including Pekin-Elmer lambda 900 spectrophotometer, ZYGO GPI-XP interferometer, High Precision Goniometer Prism Master, Focal Adjustment Machine, Optical Collimator, Nikon Model Eclipse ME600 Microscope, Etc. Our state of the art manufacturing facility is ISO 9001: 2000 Certified and has a total facility area of 1, 000 square. Monthly output for lens and windows exceeds 20, 000 pcs. All coatings are done in house to reduce cost and improve delivery. We have the latest coating machines made from both German and Korea.  ¡  ¡ Specialty Optics Fabrication Capability  ¡  ¡ In addition to manufacturing conventional optics, Optoaxis, Inc. have the capability to fabricate following specialty optics: 1) Large size glass windows up to 1, 000mm x 1, 000mm size with 3~ 20mm in thickness and Large size lens with of diameter of 500mm. 2) Miniature optics, including C-Lens, mini Right-Angle prism( 1mmx 1mmx1mm) and mini Fused Silica windows with diameter of 2 mm. 3) Hollow Corner Cube Reflectors. Precision is as high as 10 arc second. 4) Cutting micron size slits on wafers made of Fused Silica or other optical materials.
