PGS ( Pak Gray Security Services ( Pvt) Ltd) was approved by the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control vie their ltr no. 4/ 9/ 96-S ( iii) dated 23rd July 1997. It was incorporated under the Company Ordinance 1984 by the Joint Registrar, Joint Stock Companies Islamabad and registered by Corporate Law Authority vide Government of Pakistan Number I-02201 dated 20th August 1997. The company has also been granted NOCs from Chief Commissioner Islamabad, govt of Punjab, KPK, Balochistan & AJK
PGS ( Pak Gray Security Services ( Pvt) Ltd) its guards from amongst the retired soldiers of Pakistan Army including Special Services Group. It has its own Training Centre where all potential guards are put through intensive training before assigning them any duty. Intelligent, young and smart matriculate civilians are also put through a training course at the centre before inducting them in various branches of PGS ( Pak Gray Security Services ( Pvt) Ltd) .
