Penparty Co is a trade company which is specialized in producting pens. It is founded in 2000. And there are 200 employers in our company. We operate a 10, 000-sqoare-meter factory equipped with advanced machines. As we are one of the leading exporters in this line in China, we can satisfy our customers.

Our company has four departments.they are sales department, purchasing department, HR department and general manager. Summer is the sales manger .She is involved in solving the sales problems and training the employees .Besides, shd should always hold protmotional creativeities to promot the performance. As for her, how to make relationship with customers is the most important work, so the manager should find the customer source. Henin is the manager of purchasing department. Her responsbility is select the suppliers and in charge of ordering goods and response for indroduce the company. Wendy is the HR department manager. She may set strategies and develop policies, standards, systems, and processes that implement these strategies in a whole range of areas. She is mainly responsible for training and recruiting. April is the general manager. her main responsibility is arranging everying for the staff .she has the absolutely rights in the company
