• 3% interest per month payable in advance when liquid funds
( at least 3 months / maximum 6 months)
• 10% Discount on all funds paid out as a liquid
• Marketing Fee 2% was paid as liquid funds
• Notary Fees

D. Bridging Bank ( The ± 15 days)
• Interest 1% per month
• 10% Discount on all funds paid out as a liquid
• Marketing Fee 2% was paid as liquid funds
• Notary Fees, Insurance
