Roll type Permanent Magnetic Separator
Roll type Permanent Magnetic Separator consists of permanent roll made of NdFeB disks interleaved with pure iron disk( 1) , idle roll( 2) , conveying thin belt( 3) , adjustable splitter( 4) and vibratory feeder( 5) . Operation of the separator is so simple that material to be treated is fed by the vibratory feeder onto conveying thin belt, magnetic particles are attracted to the roll and discharged into a “ M� separate chute, while non-magnetic particles are discharged from the roll a “ NM� chute.
Technical features
1. Magnetic induction on the surface of magnetic roll is 1.3-1.8T, and magnetic gradient up to 104. 2. Open magnetic system, No stoppage, more efficient separation. 3. Feed size can reach 50 mm. 4. Magnetic roll is protected by conveying thin belt No abrasion, hard demagnetization. 5. Low cost in installation, maintenance, production operation, easy to control.
Applications: 1. Separating or purifying the coarse weakly magnetic ore ( such as hematite, ilmenite, manganese etc) 2. Concentration of non-ferrous ore ( such as quartz, feldspar, and alusite ete) . 3. Removal of ferrous imparities from abrasives, catalysts and other powder.
