1. Charge: Approx. 12 hours in full sun to get a full charge from depletion, also, approx. 5 hours from a computer. Be sure to move the switch tab to IN when charging the battery built-in. Please aim the solar panel to the sun as much as possible, securing the best charging result.
2.Discharge: Connect the USB cable to the charger and switch to OUT, then, connect appropriate adapter to the other end of the USB cable. Charge takes place.
3.Notes to the 3-way switch:
Move to OUT to charge cell phones and move to IN to charge the built-in battery. Remain in middle, everything is off, i.e., no electricity goes in/ out.
