    Specification :

    Xanthan gum is widely used as rheology control agent in aqueous systems and as a stabilizer for emulsions and suspensions particularly in food industry. F80 is normal powder Xanthan gum produced by fermentation of carbohydrate with Xanthomonas campestris. Suitable for use in food and food preparations as a stabilizer, thickener or emulsifier. We also can supply food grade 200mesh, LD grade, RD grade, pharmaceutical grade, industrial grade, oil-field grade. Xanthan gum is fully complied with the regulations issued by FCC, USP and E-415. Specifications:
    1) Viscosity (1% solution in 1% KCl): 1200 - 1600cps
    2) PH (1% solution): 6.0 - 8.0 3) Moisture: 13.0% max
    4) Ash: 13.0 % max
    5) V1 / V2: 1.02 - 1.45
    6) Pyruvic acid: 1.5% min
    7) Heavy metals: 20ppm max
    8) Lead (as Pb): 5ppm max
    9) Arsenic (as As): 3ppm max 10) Total plate count: 2000cfu/g max
