    Properities:
    The density of Fumaric Acid is 1.64g/cm3. The solubility of Fumaric Acid in water is 0.63g/100ml. Fumaric Acid is white crystalline compound which is one of two isomeric unsaturated Dicarboxylic Acids, the other being Maleic Acid, wherein the carboxylic acid groups are cis. Fumaric Acid has a fruit-like taste. The salts and esters of fumaric acid are known as fumarates.

    Usage:
    Fumaric Acid can be used as pharmaceutical intermediate and optical bleaching agent.
    Fumaric Acid is also used in manufacturing unsaturated polyester resin.
    Fumaric Acid can be used in making coating. L-Aspartic Acid, L-Lactamic Acid, Malic Acid and many auxiliaries.
    Fumaric Acid is used as antistaling agent and anti-mould agent in food industry. Additive amount: 0.25-0.5% used in bread and cake; 0.2-0.4% used in chocolate-made products; below 1% used in jelly, candied fruit and jam; 0.10-0.3% used in sugar and cheese; 0.1-0.25% used in soy sauce.

    Fumaric Acid is packed in 25KG bag. Fumaric Acid should be stored in cool place.

    Fumaric Acid is stored for 1 year in original packages under the described conditions.
