We, FREE LAND is in collaboration with a lot of direct miners, from my direct miner with the new funder, confirmed with SOFT CORPORATE OFFER responsibility, that we are ready, and capable to enter into a contract to sell the commodity, with the following terms, conditions and specifications as stated below. The sales and purchase contract would be in accordance with international standards and procedures
Willing and able to enter into contractual agreement with the Buyer for the sales of the following commodity as follows:

Unit Price Fe 63-61 : USD 77, -/ MT, FOB Mother Vessel
Payment : By Cash 50% - 40% - 10%
System Payment : 50 % cash ( in sign contract) with the guarantee stock management transfer to the Buyer by the Miner is 50% of the total quantity of contract and confirmed by Notary.
40% cash ( in stockpile port, South Kalimantan, Indonesia) .
10% cash ( Document Complete in Vessel) .

Loading Port Substitute : Lac, Power City, Kodeco, Batu Licin South Kalimantan.
Loading Rate ( Jetty ) : 2, 500 MT PWWD SHINC.
Loading Rate ( Anchorage ) : 7, 000 MT PWWD SHINC.
Anchorage : Muara Satul open sea, Tg. Pemancingan, South Kalimantan.
Inspection : Quality and Quantity determined at Barge by an Acceptable Independent Surveyor ( GEOSERVICE LTD ) . All of cost and Charges of Inspection incurred will be Distributed by Seller.

Validity : Within 3 ( three ) working days from issuring date.
-.Price should be evaluated in every month for annual contract.
-.In case that Indonesian Government impose Iron Ore Export Tax, the Unit Price Will increase accordingly.
-.Site Visit : Can be arranged at Buyer’ s cost after Contract Signing.
