RTL – As Non Damaging Loss Circulation Material
RTL is a non-damaging/non-invasive treatment for loss circulation problem. RTL is made of 100% organic materials and environmentally safe. RTL allows the operator to resume drilling when the conventional LCM do not work, thereby maximize chances of identification and production of the hydrocarbon reserves. Instead of using traditional bridging LCM that could lead to formation damage. RTL builds a thin seal at the borehole surfaces and avoiding mud invasion to the fractured/loss zone. RTL can be used in either Water Base or Oil Base Mud.
RTL has an unique shear thickening characteristic which to be more thicken during pass the loss zone by shearing (dilatant).
