3. Material: pipe, Q235 equal to S235JR ( DIN) ; Shaft, 45# STEEL ( GB) equal to C45 ( DIN)
4. Bearing: deep groove ball and double sealing bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance
5. Sealing: multi-labyrinth sealing to protect the bearing, retarding the ingress of contaminants to the bearing.
6. Lubrication: adequate quantities of lithium grease per bearing, all rollers are self-lubricated for life.
7. Color: roller surface could be painted any color as per customer request.
