Rotary Technology' s Removable Sheeters are designed as " Bolted Bearers" with bearers hardened to 60 - 62 Rockwell, to ensure cylinder' s durability. Slots are precisely milled to specified angle to ensure consistent dimensions of sheeted / perforated products.

Applications
Removable Sheeters are normally installed at either rotary diecut station or sheeting station, to convert roll form material into sheets. Sheeting blades can also be replaced by perforation blades to convert fan folding products, either label, form or paper products.

Technical Specifications
- Use the most popular " Bolted Bearer" design with Bearers vacuum heat-treated to 60 - 62 Rockwell hardness, to ensure cylinders' excellent ware-resistance and durability.
- Each Rotary Sheeter is supplied with a Gear, precisely to be turn and cut to OEM specifications. All Gears are treated with anti-rust blackening process.
- Concentricity / Roundness is guaranteed to be controlled within 3 micron range across all cylinders, including Shaft, Bearers and Body, to ensure cylinders' long term rotational accuracy.
- Assembled with either sheeting blades or perforation blades imported from Europe, blades can be easily replaced by press operators.
- Removable Sheeters can be designed for cutting through, back cutting or in certain cases kiss cut face stock.

Unique Features
Rotary Sheeters from Rotary Technology use fully hardened Bearers, with Bearers bolted onto cylinder body. Such design ensures the cylinder can sustain heavy pressure due to across sheeting, and provide excellent ware resistance and durability. Bolted Bearers can also be easily removed and replaced in case of future repair.
