For easy installation, Every type worm gear screw jack can be directly connected with electric motors by motor flange. Motor mounts allow direct coupling of the motor shaft with either the right or left side jack input shaft. All mounts come with necessary hardware and coupling keys. All standard electric motors are 3 phase, 380VAC, 50 Hz, 1440 rpm. Special motor electricity systems like 110~ 460VAC, 50/ 60Hz, Single/ Three Phases, we can make them follow clients' order.
About motor drive power, please check the worm gear screw jack technical datasheets. For RN-Series, operating power does not less than the datas on technical datas sheets. For RNF-Series, operating power does not larger than the datas on technical datas sheets. The lifting speed depends on the use of screw jack, the control of motor speed is necessary. Electric motor drive revolutions are not exceed 1800 RPM, max linear speed is 30 mm/ sec.
Fast speed: 1500 mm/ min
MID speed: 750 mm/ min
Low speed: 375 mm/ min
When the worm shaft speed is known, the distance the load can be raised per minute can be determined with this formula:
Raise per minute = RPM of Worm Shaft * Lifting Screw Pitch / Worm Gear Ratios
Raise per minute = Travel per Worm Turn ( mm) x RPM of Worm Shaft
