3. Storing & distributing unit:
Closed belt conveyer is used to control the material amount of hopper strictly, in this case, the material can be used instantly when the material reach, preventing the concrete from fluidizing in advance because of aftershock, producing bricks of high quality.
4. Compulsive, fast &steady feeding unit:
Blending bar in material feeding box rotate 360¡ãto feed evenly, fast and steady, well protecting the humid material to be fed unevenly, getting a good identity and high quality.
5.Unique &effective mode of vibration: adjust the speed of the motto with update technology to meet the different vibrating frequency and amplitude requirements from machine while molding and feeding, improving the products quality and shorten the molding cycle.
6. Reasonable vibrating distribution:
Lock the mold box onto the vibrating table and vibrate synchronously via mold-release oil cylinder to make vibration evenly distributed and reduce the intense gap among the products from the same mold.
