Tilt-type long circular rack pumping unit was the latest developed achievement of our company.
The working principle is: the motor connected directly with speed reducer drives the pinion, and pinion drives the long circular rack to realize the long stroke reciprocation, then the suspension belt drives the sucker rod.The great advantage of it is that the body of pumping unit just needed to be righted but not need to move back the pumping unit, saving time, effort and cost.

Advantages:
1.Effective energy-saving. Compared with beam pumping unit, the energy-saving effect of long circular rack pumping unit is more than 25% . The motor connected directly with speed reducer, so it reduces energy consumption and manufacturing cost.

2.The mesh motion between pinion and long circular rack can only be accelerated during the short reversing moment. Because of the elastic deformation of the pumping rod and belt as well as the rotary inertia of the rotating parts, the impact caused by the acceleration can be alleviated easily and the whole system can keep relative good moving stability.

3.Sensitive and effective brake. The motor comes with brake further improves the safety and sensitivity of brake, so it achieves a more effective brake.

4.The main transmission system using gears, gear drive with a compact structure, reliable operation, long life and so on.
