The traditional lubricates is not very well although a large amount is added. In order to change this situation, a new product is appeared. LYSI series silicone masterbatch for plastics is a new generation of ultra-high molecular weight silicone processing aids which independently developed by our company. The product has some properties are: add less, effective lubrication, no precipitation on the surface and so on. It is designed to replace the traditional silicone oil and fatty acids. Now it is used extensively for thermoplastics.

Our masterbatch are produced on many base polymers , and we available in a wide range that includes generic products and those more sophisticated for thchno polymers and special application fields. In particular we produce masterbatch on PE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA, TPEE, ABS, PP, PA6, PET....

Use methods
Add the product into thermoplastic resin, mix equally and extrude it to pellet, or directly mix with resin then injection.

Recommend dosage:
When added at 0.2% to 2% , improve the processing, flow of the resin and mold release. At higher addition levels, 1% to 3% , improved surface properties are expected ( including lubricity, finish, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance, etc.) .The dosage of LYSI-100 is 0.2-2.0% .
