PT SoblastCo Indonesia was established in Balikpapan Indonesia in 2010 to full fill a place in the Mining, Oil , Gas and Construction industryâ € ™ s that has been long overlooked.
Derived from SODABLAST SYSTEMS, Houston Texas USA, PT SoblastCo Indonesia ( S.C.I) head office is in Surabaya with branches in Balikpapan, Jakarta and planned expansion through Indonesia.
SCI specializes in the cleaning, paint removal and coating ( painting) of equipment on construction sites, mine sites, oil rigs and generally in all activities where maintenance repair or new fabrication is undertaken.

The requirement of paint removal that is both environmentally friendly and SAFE, it is very important in all fields of maintenance and SCI has both of these qualities that far supersede any other form of paint removal.
In January 2012 SCI was awarded the distributorship for CHECKERS Industrial which includes a complete range of mechanical blocking ( Wheel Chocks) components that are used widely through the Mining, Civil, Construction, Oil and Gas. CHECKERS are renowned the world over for their FOCUS ON SAFETY.

Additional in March 2013, SCI was introduced into STUD WELDING, again Stud Welding was undertaken to support the Mining Industry with a revolutionary WEAR PROTECTION SYSTEM that is easy to install, weights less than one third the weight of wear plate, lasts much longer ( due to the design that creates Rock Box effect) and is one fifth the cost. Since the introduction SCI has taken the lead in wear Stud fitment through Indonesia and in June 2013 additional areas were awarded to expand the product into Malaysia, Singapore and Mongolia.
