GENERAL INFORMATION
Suzy Print Plain is used to get leather effect on the white & light ground fabric with extremely good washing and rubbing fastness.
Process colours are available in transparent M.Red, T.Blue, Black, L.Yellow colours. Fluorescent & any other required colours can also be made on request.
METHOD OF PRINTING
Print the material directly without adding anything to it by screen on fabric by applying only two strokes.
As the material is non-drying in nature it is printed by wet on wet process on hot table or print one colour and dry it by hot air dryer or by spot curing and then print second colour. First colour will not get cured but at the same time it will not stick to screen while printing second colour.
MESH OF THE SCREEN
This material can be printed by regular mesh screen but for printing sharp hair line prints use screen of 250 mesh.
SUZY PRINT PLAIN (SOFT BASE) :
This material is also used as soft base before printing opaque colours on dark ground fabrics to get more coverage.
CURING TEMPERATURE
The curing of fabric is done at 180 degrees to 190 degrees for 2-3 minutes or keep the silicon release paper above the print and fuse it (or iron it) from top of paper.
CLEANING OF SCREEN
Cleaning of screen is done with kerosene or terpentine.
