Eco deoil scouring agent 713-100%
Eco de-oil scouring agent 713-100% is a built material of multi ecological surfactants without APEO. Can effectively remove waxy and pectin on nature fiber, remove oil stain, spot and spinning oil of various fiber. The product is developed for reducing cost of factories, has high valid ingredient and no APEO.

¡ò Can make oil stably dispersed in water with its excellent properties of emulsifying and dispersing.
¡ò Can be exactly used for refining and de-oiling of fabrics within spandex, and not damage fiber, easy to be washed off.

Appearance: yellowish viscous liquid
Ionicity: anionic
pH value: 9.0-10.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: can be diluted with water by any ratio
Application process
The product is high-concentration, its valid ingredient is much higher than the same kind product in market. Its high-concentrated product can be used after being diluted to a scale of 15%-25%.
Dilute method:
1. Cold water: add water in high concentrated product and stir at the same time, lay up 15 minutes, diluted solution can be used when stirred even.
2. Warm water(50-60¡æ): add warm water into high-concentrated product, then stir it to even.
Application field
1. De-oiling of various fabrics.
2. Refining in pretreatment of cotton fabrics.
Recommended dosage
Diluted product: 1-4% ( o.w.f )
Packing
50kg and 120kg plastic drum.
Storage
Can be stored for 12 months under shady and cool condition.
The product turns to be cream when temperature is too low, but not effect using.
