Forged Y Type Valve
TTF Y type forged steel valve has three types of bonnet. One is bolted bonnet, which the body is connected with bonnet by bolts and sealed by spiral gasket (316SS filled flexible graphite), and available to follow metal sealing ring for special requirements by the client.; one is welded bonnet, which the body is screwed and fully welded sealing; another is pressure-in bonnet, which the body is screwed into the bonnet and sealed by inner pressure-in ring.
It is available to design into Y type globe valve and check valve. Design Structure and Features:
A. TTF Y type globe valve and check valve in conformity with ANSI B 16.34
B. Inspection and test as per API 598.
C. Marking as per MSS-SP -25Structure and Features:
Full bore or reduced bore
Lifting type and ball type check valve
Inside spring as required
Solid disc available to dismantle
Bushing type
Integral backseat
Outside screwed and yoke
Bolted, spiral gasket sealing, screwed, fully welded and screwed pressure-in bonnet
SW ends in conformity with ASME B16.11
Screwed ends conforming to (NPT) ANSI/ASME B1.20.1
Disc changeable to needle type, choke type, ball type and check type.
